Questions
Would you be able to set this up without the swing set? Our backyard space is somewhat limited.

i would say so, adding the swing set portion is that last step, and my kids were enjoying the play house days before we completed it. i was not happy with the length of the beam that came with the set so i purchased one double the length at a local lumber distributer. I would also did/ would add extra anchors for the whole set as we get high winds during storms.

Was delivered to my daughters address so I don’t have exact dimensions. It was all contained on a regular size wooden pallet and about 3 feet high. Extremely compact.

Is there anything we can use to deter bees and spiders? They are wanting to burrow in this wood. Not sure what the material is.
