Lovely dollhouse
The dollhouse was pretty simple to assemble. It took about 2 hours. My daughter loves it. Some of the pieces don’t fit together perfectly but overall a great dollhouse!

Beautiful large house
Beautiful large house, I am looking forward when I give it to my daughter. There could be better quality of paintings (several scratches) and missing two holes in elevator floor so I drilled them and then I had broken screw in plastic end of elevator rail so I loctited this part. Anyway I am satisfied with nice set of furniture and great manual in Bilt app. Assembly time was cca 2 hours.

Well designed/engineered, but mediocre manufacturing. Recommend app manual for build
This is a well thought out product with good attention to detail such as painted screw heads and over-engineered strength. There is use of a lot of wood and the items for the most part are nicely done, with mostly wood accessories and some plastic. At the discounted price I got it for, it is not bad but I would be disappointed at full price.
1) The screw heads are painted, which is great, but there are residual burs on the head which are sharp and the paint is inconsistent in coverage which meant that my random generic screwdriver had poor fit and I had to use a premium Wera screwdriver. If I did not have the right tools, I would not be been able to build this quickly overnight as kids slept.
2) The holes for the wood and heavy cardboard are pretty good. Out of the 40 steps or so, two of the holes were slightly misplaced.
3) The cardboard is inconsistent. A few were damaged/delaminating. They are also warped.
4) The paper manual and app are inconsistent. Need to use both.

Just assembled 12.2021, helpful hints
First I will say, the dollhouse is beautiful. The directions are ok, I wish there were words as well as pictures, the Bilt app wasn't more helpful. The elevator assembly was time consuming for us. I'll say we wasted an hour thinking that parts were missing (they weren't). Some of the floors in the house (part 9 and 11) didn't have pegs on the ends to insert into the walls, other floors (8 and 10) did. We thought we were missing pegs on two floors and went on a wild hunt to find pegs. An hour later we realized the pegs were not there on purpose and simply followed the directions and continued to assemble. After that everything was straightforward. I recommend reading the instructions through first, then really just follow them slowly, flip ahead if you are confused to see the big picture. Don't panic (like we did). The only thing I was really disappointed in, was the walls did tear when popping the garage back wall and the room above the garage back wall in, small tears but discouraged on a brand new dollhouse. Overall if it weren't for us panicking about something that was never missing in the first place it really wouldn't have been bad. Recommend getting a buddy to help you with assembly. I would certainly recommend. Don't let the assembly scare you.
