Poor Quality
I purchased this in August, and it came with broken parts, as well as the veneer coming off. They sent one replacement part for free, I had to pay for the other one.
It keeps collapsing, which is very dangerous, and now the tray on the side that is rarely ever used has completely broken off.

Poor quality - will break with any pressure.
Firstly - package received looking like trash... Holes everywhere in box. Pieces were scratched/painted bad, looks sloppy. Second - shelves will break in days. CS will just tell you they will send replacement parts and to 'not lean' on it. Try telling any kid this! Such a bummer. We had high hopes! Fix the quality or sell it for what its worth...

Could have been much better
For starters out of the box, I had to repair two of the pieces that came apart, perhaps from stress of shipping. One step from completion and one of the embedded nuts was defective and I had to take it out and force the screw through essentially retapping the nut. Fit and finish is only fair, with chips at the recessed screw locations. Can't wait to see it go home to my daughters. Assembly is tedious and why the lower tray is designed to be screwed in on one side only is beyond me as the easel would never fold flat anyway

Perfect!
Nice looking easel that is cute sitting out and not tucked away in a play room. Granddaughter (3 yrs) loves it! It’s adjustable, which is great for growth.

Lacking in Quality
The quality isn’t as good as it seems. When gently putting it together, the “wood” slightly cracked in two places. Also, one of the ends on the spindle never screwed in properly and frequently falls off. I read other reviews that noted similar quality issues, but I thought maybe they were just too rough with it. I was wrong. I was also disappointed that neither the chalkboard or white board were magnetic. It makes it hard to hang/clip the paper in place for your little ones when they are trying to paint/draw, etc.
