The deep high-rail wave slide proves bumpy rides are the best. And the innovative rockwall ladder goads young mountaineers to new heights (aka the upper clubhouse), while two sturdy belt swings and a gymnastic acro bar prompt young high-fliers to reach for the sky. There’s also a play phone, clock with moveable hands, a mailbox with working flag, and a functional front door. McKinley features lots for adults to love, too, like high-quality cedar lumber, a gabled shiplap roof with faux stone chimney and premium swing components that make safety a priority. Incredible swing set!!!
This is such a nice swing set! It arrived super fast and came on a pallet with five boxes. The instruction manual is about 90 pages or so, but you can either choose to build it all within a weekend or just take your time and get it done over time. All the pieces of wood are labeled with numbers which makes it easy for assembly. The wood quality is really really good and sturdy and strong. We didn't have any issues with missing parts or anything broken. Everything was in great condition and everything was there!! If you are hesitant on a swing set definitely go with this one it is literally incredible!!

Don’t spend the money for installation
Purchased this at the beginning of December, delivery was quick and well coordinated. Instillation is another story. They confirmed it was received with no communication since. It’s been over a month and it’s still in our garage. So disappointed and still no communication for instillation or even a response even though we’ve reached out multiple times.

Kids love it...I was not loving it...
Kids are loving it...I, however, was not when assembling. Take the time to lay out all of the pieces of wood and hardware so you know where everything is. Side note for KidKraft, when you're calling out the wood, can you put them in numerical order in the instruction book to make step 1 much easier, please. Also, make sure you have a few days of no rain if you're assembling it with limited assistance. I had just finished remodeling my attic space, drywall, insulation, electrical, etc. and I found that to be easier than building this play set. Instructions were hard to decode at first, but eventually got used to their instructions. But like I said, the kids are loving it and have been playing in it almost every day since it was finished. Next time, I might pay someone to assemble it.

Installation
I paid a lot of money to have this swing set installed. It’s been a month and it’s still in a box on my drive away. We have been given the run around by the installation company. We could have installed it ourselves by now.

Awesome!
Awesome! The kids love it. Everything was in the box. As long as you organize everything before you start thinks will go smoothly. Took 3 days with help from a friend.

Budget 40 hours for 2 person assembly
The set itself it’s great. But it took my husband and father in law (one of which is an actual builder who has put together many many complicated things) 32 total hours to put it together. The slide was the especially difficult part. The holes wouldn’t line up correctly and it was such tedious work.
Make sure to take the time to do a thorough inventory and read over the directions before you begin.
You should budget maybe 40 hours for 2 inexperienced people to assemble.
My advice is to spend the extra money and just hire it done. And check their work frequently as they go along to make sure things are level and square

Beautiful set
Great set kids and neighbors were amazed . Instructions were a little “wordy” and somehow vague at the same time but its gotta be right in order for everything to come together in the end.
