Bookshelf that encourages a child to read
Very cute bookshelf with a cozy seat for a little one. The bookcase holds a lot of books and is an attractive addition to the room. It’s easy to assemble.

Poor quality
Purchased for my Grandchild. Item arrived with box intact. However once assembled we noted that the unit had edges peeling and chips. Looks worn or previously used. Quality was definitely lacking.

Horrible product/customer service.
Was given this product as a present for our daughter, received with damaged box, pieces missing, and the cushion looks used and is extremely dirty. Wouldn’t recommend. After contacting CS to get missing parts, the wrong parts were sent in return.

Practical with good looks!
Although I wish the sitting area was a bit wider, I absolutely love this reading nook! It fit perfectly underneath my son’s bedroom window and it looks amazing! It actually fits a lot of books, more than what I expected. My son has an extensive book collection and almost all of his books fit in just this one nook, I was quite surprised. However, I will be buying him an ottoman so he can sit in it more comfortably. The box said it was for ages 3-8, my son’s only 5 and I feel he’s already too big for the sitting space. That’s my only complaint and the main reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating, everything else regarding this nook is wonderful!

Buyer beware! Poor quality and broken pieces
If you are looking to buy the equivalent of compacted powder with material on top that’s full of chips and cracks, then this over-priced hunk of garbage is for you. We bought this piece along with two others hoping to organize our toddler’s room and play area. We wanted to return the furniture because of poorly made they are and all they would do is offer us replacements for the broken and chipped pieces. When I said I wanted a refund they said I would have to pay the shipping to return them, which I can imagine is astronomical and then they would deduct the shipping costs they incurred to send it, even though I had qualified for free shipping.
