Can I get my money back. I’ve spent so much on the set and then extra wood for pieces that were missing and then top it all off I don’t feel safe letting my daughter play on it because the wood is paper thin

Great gift!
Got this for our 4-year-old son for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. I can’t keep him in the house.

Amazing swing set, amazing company.
This swing set is exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter loves it. We had a couple friends come build it as my husband isn’t very mechanical and I’m in a high risk pregnancy so I can’t do much. But it arrived right on time and will definitely hold up well to our toddler.

Overall great but some issues
Overall a great swingset for the price. The downsides, it took my husband 9 hours to build it and boy was he frustrated. It was missing a screw which he realized half way in. The slide is super flimsy and and my twin pre-schoolers have nearly yanked it off twice. I feel like it definitely could have been a thicker/stronger plastic.
