Good play set, complicated instructions
Overall, a good play set, high quality wood (though some boards did crack while putting them together), many different play options. Instructions needlessly complicated, could use better images, or a YouTube video.

Material not all that good
My in laws bought this for the kids a year ago and everything is falling at the seams; the wood is chipped and Deteriorating, the slide is twisted and out of place. Would not really recommend

Great features but not easy to assemble
We like the features like the little cafe, spot for sand, and fort. However, the directions were not the easiest to follow. The vinyl on the roof tarp stuck together, some wood split when we did not over tighten, and we were missing 2 bolts (but had tons of extra hardware.) There were a couple spots where the direction should have noted that the middle hole was like 2 inches off center because we had to undo 2 steps where it wasn’t specified. The timing of some steps could have been better prioritized. (Example: Since we put the cafe tarp up, it was harder to get the roof top screwed in.)

Terrible customer service
Purchased with confirmation and was then told a few days later item was no longer available. Had to explain to my child that they wouldn’t be getting a playground as the others were not within our budget. Good going kidkradt

Cost too high
I was disappointed once the swing set arrived , missing some nuts and bolts , a piece of wood was splintered. For the cost , the quality control seemed to be lacking .Very tedious to put together, it took about 11 hours to assemble. The directions at times
Were confsing.

Great purchase!
We got this for our 2 year old and she is obsessed with it! It was packaged in a great way and very organized. It looks beautiful in our yard, the open bottom fits our sandbox perfectly and the side table is a great touch! I’m so excited to watch her make memories on this!

Okay swing set but some missing hardware
The instructions weren’t very clear and with some of the hardware, there were extra pieces but more importantly it was missing two pieces of hardware.
After I assembled it, it met my expectations
