Good idea not great execution
Instructions are laid out in such a way it doesn't help for final assembly. What I mean by this several steps are done at once the addressed again 5 or so steps later where it is harder to do actual process. The other piece that can be addressed is notched pillar pieces. There is not enough spaceing to have square support brackets. With this being an issue it'd be better if they didn't have the groove to begin with and would cut down on pieces as well. It was really nice that all the boards were clearly labeled and easy to identify.
For the reviews saying to build this is very complicated and complex. It is well worth sorting the boards out of the box and sorting the screws and bolts. So that it can be grab and go.
Overall it works for my two kids and will be good for several years to come.

I would build my own next time.
A bunch of the wood split while tightening the fasteners.

Awesome but with a few flaws
This thing is awesome and my boys, including myself love this BUT there’s a few things to note.
1) even with two ppl, this is a time consuming build
2) things would have been easier to put together if the large part of the structure had parts all in one box then the smaller box had the small structure
3) I found several live wingless termites in the box and we have found several crawling on the wood the past several days. You’d think the stain would’ve helped treat the wood but apparently not
4) instructions could’ve been better. I would complete one step and the next step would require inserting the picture boards which meant loosing the screws
5) I wish the picture boards were made of the same material. The ones on cardboard I imagine won’t do well in weather
Overall this is nice but I’m worried about the termites and may need to contact customer service.

wish the boards were straight
Assembly still in progress however many of the boards are warped. Making it square has been difficult. This makes me question the structural integrity and safety. Also, we were missing some hardware. I picked this product because it was different than a regular swing set. Something different. My husband is handy thank goodness so we will be able to put it together however, others may not be so handy.

Cool Concept, Awful Design
I bought this item for my soon to be 4 year old and his friends. We liked it because it wasn't the traditional swingset and was something that he could grow into. The instructions are 175 very confusing steps. I pride myself on being able to build just about anything. This was a disaster. The boards split, some came broken, the pieces don't fit together. I wasted $900 on a playset that is too unstable to hold a child. Don't waste your money. Build a playset from another company and customize it if you want a Nerf fort.
