    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost ruined Christmas Purchased for Christmas because I didn’t want a cheap plastic one. Honestly….should’ve got the plastic one. This came packaged wonderfully except the stickers were not cut correctly & parts were peeling off. Instructions were not great, and 2 of my panels were mislabeled causing the floors to not match. We only figured this out after staring at it for five minutes upon completion. This took 2 1/2 hours, 3 adults, and a drill to put this together. Yes, we had to drill BIGGER holes so the screws would align and we had to drill two holes into the banister to keep it in place…the banister would be falling off had we not. Last but certainly not least, pretty much every screw I would BARELY tighten into place split EVERY piece of wood.
