A Safety Message from the CEO of KidKraft:

Dear Parents and Retailers,

At KidKraft, Safety and Quality are our top priorities.

All KidKraft products are subjected to a multilevel assessment and testing process, from design through manufacturing, concentrating on safety and customer satisfaction through product integrity.

KidKraft strives to conduct business in compliance with the law everywhere our goods are shipped. We work closely with suppliers for transparency in sourcing and manufacturing, meeting regulatory requirements for all of our product categories. We also regularly employ the use of voluntary standards for testing and compliance.

The US requires that we comply with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, the Consumer Product Safety Act, and the laws of numerous states.

For the EU, we comply with the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, the harmonized toy and furniture standards, REACH, and requirements of numerous member states.

For Australia and New Zealand, we comply with the 8124 Series of Australian Standards which deal with the Safety of Toys. Where applicable we test regulated products to the standards written for the category. When a regulated standard is not available, we test with the most stringent requirement of either the EU or US.

KidKraft respects human rights, and works to ensure suppliers are well versed in corporate social responsibility to safeguard their employees’ workplace health and safety.
